PRIVACY POLICY EX ARTT. 13-14 REG. UE 2016/679 – BIOMEYE S.R.L.

INTERESTED IN THE TREATMENT: WEBSITE NAVIGATORS.

BIOMEYE S.r.l. as Data Controller of your personal data – in compliance with EU Reg. 2016/679 (commonly called “GDPR”) – hereby informs you that the legislation in question provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that this treatment will be based on the fundamentals principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Your personal data, therefore, will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the legislation in question and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS: Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein; in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes connected to the implementation of obligations relating to legislative or contractual obligations: a) purposes relating to the execution of a contract of which you are a part or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request (eg: contact request); b) purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the judicial authorities exercise their judicial functions; c) purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, therefore without the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest.

METHOD OF TREATMENT: your personal data may be processed in the following ways: with electronic calculators with the use of software systems managed or programmed directly or by third parties; entrusted to third parties for processing operations; temporary processing in anonymous form.

Each treatment takes place in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6 and 32 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and through the adoption of adequate security measures.

PROCESSING EMPLOYEESyour data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees: administrative; programmers and analysts.

DATA COMMUNICATIONyour data may be communicated to external subjects for correct management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of recipients including all duly appointed data processors: subjects necessary for the provision of the services offered such as, by way of by way of example, the sending of e-mails and communications and the analysis of the functioning of the Website, which typically act as data processors of BIOMEYE S.r.l. and others (see Cookie Policy).

DISCLOSURE OF DATAyour personal data will not be disclosed.

DATA TRANSFERsome of your personal data may be transferred to recipients located outside the European Economic Area. BIOMEYE S.r.l. ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your personal data by the recipients takes place in compliance with the Applicable Regulations. The transfers are based either on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.

DATA RETENTION PERIODin compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of EU Reg. 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding performance of the services provided.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:  the interested party has the right to obtain from the owner the cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data and to exercise all rights pursuant to Articles 15, 16 , 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 EU Reg. 2016/679.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of making a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.

Specifically, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the origin of the personal data; of the purposes and methods of the treatment; of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to Art. 5.2. EU Reg. 2016/679; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the attestation that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, with the exception of the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; data portability.

Finally, the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
